Hello! My name's Matt and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor available for teletherapy in New Jersey. I began working in this field 18 years ago and have been practicing for almost 10 years, operating a private practice since January 2023. I've worked with people with many different concerns, with anxiety and depression being by far the most common. In the past, I've worked with all ages from 12 to 83, with the most frequent being those around 18-25. I intentionally keep sessions relaxed, casual, and comfortable. Otherwise, treatment is highly individualized with a limited number of clients seen at any given time. You are not just another appointment spend time and effort getting to know each client to better understand your goals. Sometimes, making the first appointment can be incredibly difficult.
