Holly Bulver
My name is Holly Bulver. I'm a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I've worked in mental health for the past 8 years in a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient psychiatric offices and as a nurse in the start up and maintenance phase of a Spravato and Ketamine Clinic for treatment refractory depression. My experience includes children as young as 5 years through geriatrics and across the lifespan with multiple diagnosis. I'm passionate about all things mental health and working to end the stigma surrounding asking for help. My specialties include treatment of ADHD, Maternal Mental Health and mood disorders. I also treat depression and anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Adjustment Disorders, PTSD and Insomnia. I have a special emphasis on children and adolescents and young adults. By using a non-judgmental, empathic approach I provide active listening to help get to the root cause of your problems. By being proactive and not reactive when perplexities arise we can maximize your mental health goals. I will periodically screen for improvement and do reviews for gradual dosage reduction. I believe that mental health can not only be hereditary but also very situational. I understand that no two individuals are alike and work to tailor your treatment plan to your specifics goals and met you where you are at in life. By providing active listening to better understand your story, together we will work to explore your history, what medications have worked and what has failed for you. We will discuss medication management options and explore alternatives. I will provide you with insight to the best therapy to met your needs. My goal is to find the root cause and work from there moving forward. I will make it comfortable for you to get help, advocate for you to be compliant with medications and make returning for follow up easier than anticipated.
