I have been a therapist for over 20 years and my practice focuses on supporting adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions and grief & loss. I believe that your life story is unique as are your gifts and abilities. I take a holistic approach to mental health and utilize Cognitive Behavioral techniques to address the negative thoughts and behavioral patterns that keep psychological stressors and relationship difficulties in play. I also use hypnotherapy as a bridge to the subconscious mind allowing you to practice creating the changes you'd like to see in your life. You will find that I am warm, strength-based and collaborative. Together we will work to develop and practice new skills to sustain the progress made in the therapeutic process.
