I have been practicing psychiatry for more than 25years. I am an adult board certified psychiatrist with a multicultural background. I have abroad range of clinical experience including Kaiser Permanente, community clinics for the severely mentally impaired, and private practice.My main emphasis is in psycho-pharmacology. I believe in the bio-psychosocial model. My philosophy is that treatment is more effective with the integration of pharmacology, cognitive therapy, spirituality, psycho-social education, self-empowerment and good life habits. I believe in evaluating the patient as a whole with consideration of diversity, uniqueness and interplay of medical disorders on the brain. I believe in living a balanced life and contributing back to the community.

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
