My techniques include person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy supplemented with family systems therapy and solution focused therapy. For over 13 years, my practice has been on helping people feel listened to, understood, and empowered to better manage emotions, thoughts, and sensations. I have completed trainings led by renowned experts on loss, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, just to name a few. I help people experiencing overwhelm feel a lot more supported and understood. Are you feeling stuck, exhausted, and lacking motivation? Are you feeling anxious and on edge or paralyzed, depleted and disconnected? You don't deserve to suffer, it doesn't have to be this way and you don't have to figure this out alone.
