Ms. Jane Rosenblum is a licensed clinical social worker with 35 years of experience working with children and adolescents and their families, adults and the elderly in diverse cultural settings. Her areas of experiences range from anger, anxiety, depression, self-harm, developmental and learning disabilities, mental health diagnoses, suicidal ideation, self- estern, trauma, grief and loss, complex medical problems, and substance abuse. It is difficult to seek help and she recognizes the courage and strength you possess. She provides a place free from judgment, offers support and confidentiality where you can feel comfortable and safe. She places great emphasis on getting to know you and building a strong therapeutic relationship. There are times you may feel lost, overwhelmed, stressed and anxious or sad. This is normal. We will work together to improve your ability to cope. We will develop a plan for you to use to strengthen your skills and help you feel less burdened. She uses a compassionate and respectful approach with many techniques: CBT, problem-solving, person-centered, and goal driven plan. Your voice and concerns will be heard and addressed.
