In more than 2 decades as a therapist I have helped people of all ages and from all walks of life reach a better understanding of themselves--their strengths, fears, and false beliefs about themselves. With this knowledge they have achieved a happier, more fulfilling life. You too can learn to believe in yourself, and reach your true potential. A more relaxed, happy future is possible for you too. We all carry false beliefs about ourselves which we learned in childhood. As you begin to understand how and why these beliefs formed, you can begin to make the changes necessary to achieve the happy, fulfilling life you deserve. You will also become more compassionate and loving to yourself and appreciate the unique qualities which define you as a valuable, worthwhile human being.
