With over two decades of dedicated practice in a diverse range of clinical settings, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise. Holding a master's degree in clinical counseling and currently pursuing my doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision, I am deeply committed to continuous learning and professional growth. My passion and specialization lie in trauma-informed care, ensuring that I provide a safe and empathetic space for individuals to heal and grow. My approach to therapy is rooted in an integrative model that combines Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe that this combination offers a holistic and effective way to address the complexities of mental health and personal growth. I work with clients to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and beliefs that may contribute to their emotional distress or problematic behaviors. Clients who engage in therapy with me can expect to gain a range of valuable takeaways from our sessions; while anticipating a collaborative therapeutic experience that combines evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, client-centered approach, aimed at helping them achieve their mental health and personal development goals.
