Jay Lytton
As a psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe it is important that you have a safe space to feel heard, supported, and empowered. I graduated from the University of Southern California with a joint Masters in Social Work and Business Administration. I have experience treating a wide range of issues and I primarily work with adult men experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, and career or workplace issues. My therapeutic style is inquisitive, empathetic, and affirming. My approach to therapy is both evidence-based and eclectic in nature. I specifically tailor my approach to your individual needs and goals. Some of these approaches include motivational interviewing, CBT, and other strength-based modalities. During our first session, I will explore what it is that you want to work on in therapy and get a sense of what direction to focus on in our work together. If you have any questions about therapy with me, please do not hesitate to reach out.
