I'm a licensed psychotherapist who practices from an attachment perspective. I love co-creating and fostering connections in all kinds of relational systems and approach therapy with a full life-course perspective in mind. My areas of specialty include depression and anxiety, assistance with life transition adjustment, grief and bereavement counseling, premarital counseling, parenting skills building and problem solving, and trauma recovery.
