Seeking counseling therapy takes courage, willingness to invite change, and learning coping strategies. We will work together to navigate the challenges you have faced throughout life's journey. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-doubt, negative beliefs, or a sense of hopelessness, counseling therapy will provide a calm space to talk. My goal is to ensure you feel safe, supported, and empowered to manage whatever comes your way. I use a neurobiopsychosocial lens to assist clients, promoting a healthy life balance. We will work toward building a collaborative alliance to develop a toolbox of healthy coping skills. I use Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma Focused, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems therapeutic approaches. I have experience working with first responders (blue and red) and military members, spouses, and children. I aim to establish a therapeutic alliance where each person feels safe, understood, and supported. We need to be gentle with ourselves. We also will work together so that yesterday doesn't take up too much of today.
