Life is often hard, and you don’t have to go it alone. I am here if you’re seeking to build stronger attachments in your relationships, navigating significant life transitions, processing the pain and complexity of grief and loss, feeling stuck or unsure of your life’s path, struggling with your identity, or wanting to better understand how past experiences inform your present-day decisions. I work primarily from a psychodynamic lens, which means that I help individuals and couples recognize how their past experiences provide important insights into their present-day emotional difficulties. The psychodynamic process allows individuals and couples to uncover the root of their problems so they can understand themselves better, their patterns, and work toward lasting change. My purpose as your therapist is to meet you wherever you are with curiosity, warmth, and non-judgment and to provide a space where you feel accepted and understood. Ultimately, you hold the key to your own growth and healing. My role is to walk alongside you – to encourage, support and offer honest, direct feedback when it feels like you’ve lost your way.
