With over a decade of experience, I have learned that building a strong rapport with my clients is key to fostering positive change. I understand that finding the right therapist can be a challenging and important decision, as it is a relationship that you want to get right from the start. In our sessions, I will encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone, as this fosters growth, self-awareness, and meaningful processing. Though the journey may be challenging, you are worth it. Una trabajadora social se enfoca en las partes biológicas, sociales, spiritual, y ambiente. Esto le ayuda a la terapista entender áreas en la vida de el cliente. Tengo 10 años en esta práctica. Y lo que yo e aprendido es que la relación entere el cliente y la terapista es el gran motivador para cambio. Yo se que la búsqueda en de un terapista es difícil. Es unas de esas relaciones que quieres que trabaje la primera vez. Pero lo que te puedo decir es que si, te voy a empujar para que salgas de tu área de costumbre.
