Hello! I am an LCSW in Florida with a broad background working with adolescents and adults in schools, universities, mental health centers, and hospitals. I have completed graduate degrees at Florida, Tulane, and Creighton. I love spending my days helping people heal from their past traumas, depression, anxieties, relationship issues, and financial issues. I believe in a proactive approach to therapy so you can heal and start living your life the way you want to. I like to use a variety of different tools based upon a person's needs and preferences such as CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and hypnotherapy. For believers I also offer counseling from a Christian perspective. Every session you will make progress, looking a little bit different each time. If you need to vent, that's ok, I'll nudge you along so don't get stuck. We'll always move towards your goals so you can see the changes in your life you desire.
