I graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health. I am a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish. I assist women, children, and teens in reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, postpartum anxiety, prenatal depression, menopause symptoms, suicide preventions, and common childhood behavioral problems, by encouraging the development of new skills. I offer my clients a safe, nonjudgmental environment in which they can freely express their deepest thoughts, gain a sense of belonging, and learn techniques and skills that will assist them in overcomeing life's obstacles. In order to improve your quality of life and find a meaningful purpose, I will take a client-centered approach, giving you the one-on-one undivided time you require to feel heard and understood. I want to use my talents, passions, and expertise to help adults and children develop self-awareness and find holistic healing for their mind, body, and soul. My objective is to help you go from stress to total success in reaching your goals.

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
