I have a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling. I am a licensed professional counselor. I am trauma focused, person-centered, and trained in faith-based therapy. I work with women who have just exited an abusive relationship. I believe in a person-centered approach to therapy. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to express your thoughts and emotions freely. I integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to your needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR Therapy As a faith-based therapist, I’m open to incorporating Christian beliefs into our work together if that resonates with you. Ultimately, my approach is about empowerment and healing. You will have an increased self-awareness; you'll gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You will feel empowered to feel more in control of your life choices and circumstances. You will experience a perspective shift leading to greater clarity and resolution. You will experience support and validation. You will experience a safe space for your feelings and thoughts.
