Jessica Ohair
Every individual person experience life in different way. The way we are raised, the way we are taught how to behave, and how we experience it. This is what makes every one of us unique. My focus as your therapist is to help you with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem trauma history, abuse/neglect, interpersonal effectiveness, and parenting/relationship issues. In a session with me we will work together to learn new and healthy ways of coping, identify and express emotions both past and current, and continue to make steps forward for a future worth living. I specialize in working with individuals in the areas of anxiety/depression, relationship conflict/attachment, ADHD, and the lasting impact of childhood trauma. My focus as your therapist is to foster a safe accepting space to explore your triggers, thoughts, and feelings. I provide services for clients of all age groups and diverse backgrounds. Although we all have different puzzles in our life we are trying to overcome I believe we all have the capability and inner strength to process and work through those experiences.
