It’s difficult to find the right fit in speaking to someone about things you hold deep within yourself. Women empowerment is something I hold dear and near to me. Working with women is a very important aspect of my practice because women are usually the primary caretaker of the family. Working with families gives an opportunity to strengthen family ties, help families succeed in parenting, traumatic experiences, significant life goals and prospective changes that occur. Family unification is key. Helping mental health in a holistic way, using your spiritual beliefs, as well as, best practices offered within the therapeutic milieu. You will find a safe environment, to learn what isn't your fault and when to accept responsibility. You will realize that there is always hope n You can learn to give yourself the best treatment that you ever had from anyone else in your life because you are worth it and accept change. With Cognitive Processing Therapy you can learn to understand PTSD in your life and listen to your body before anxiety and triggers take control of your emotions. In this manner you can better control how you feel and learn better ways to respond to the triggers that cause the reactions you are trying to prevent. Using Positive reinforcement you can allow yourself appraisals when you do it right.
