Hi there! I'm Jessica. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. If you enjoy authenticity, I'm your counselor! I have over 20 years of counseling experience and use result-driven skills and a healthy sense of humor to help you grow. I value authenticity, integrity, and transparency in our sessions as I strive to foster trust and positivity to facilitate growth. I am an outside-of-the-box thinker and use various therapeutic modalities to help you achieve your goals, whether it is to reduce anxiety, make healthy choices, set boundaries with others, increase assertiveness or address past unresolved issues. Originally from Charleston, SC and now in Atlanta, GA, I am licensed to practice in both states. Outside of my counseling practice, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, walking, laughing, and learning new things. If we meet and I am not a good fit for you, no worries!
