My approach to therapy is warm and direct. I am compassionate and will listen and be reflective but will also aim to give a clear perspective on what I see and what I think will be helpful. I consider myself a mindfulness based, somatic therapist. This means I will help you build more awareness of yourself and your experience while building in practices such as mindful breathing, meditation or other practices. I also work with couples to build stronger relationships and improve communication. Feeling heard and understood. Feeling like you have more tools to handle life and situations. Having a deeper sense of yourself.
