With over 28 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and children I provide a warm and nonjudgmental place, helping clients to tap into their strengths, understand and express their emotions, and accept and love themselves. My style is collaborative and integrative incorporating Individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Strength-based and Solution-focused approaches to help clients make changes needed to become who they have always wanted to be.
