I'm known among clients as warm, friendly and down to earth. I work from an empathetic and nonjudgmental perspective and when appropriate blend humor into sessions when possible. I specialize in working with, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, ADHD and impulse control disorders. I use Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with aspects of mindfulness to help you reduce anxiety and frustration and live a life in line with your values. I am a DBT Trained therapist as well a Certified Digital Health and Wellness Professional who enjoys helping clients develop a healthier relationship with their technology to reduce stress and anxiety and to better manage their time. My goal is to help you gain insights into patterns and behaviors you want to change, live a life in line with your values, and be present for what matters most. Stepping out of our comfort zone can be scary, but it is often where the most change happens. I look forward to helping you make those changes.
