Welcome! I'm Joe Caldwell, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serving clients here in Colorado. I am excited that you are taking the time and care for yourself as you find a therapist who matches your needs. Over the last decade I have had the privilege to work in a variety of settings dedicated to supporting people as they work through difficult life transitions, coping and comfort-seeking when navigating stressors or past traumas, and systemic failures. I am here to meet you where you are. I work with adults and couples to create a collaborative, non-judgmental space where we can explore your challenges, celebrate your strengths, and work toward meaningful change. If you're dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, seeking personal growth or working through your relationship with substance use, I'm here to walk with you. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to tailor support for your needs. In our sessions, and with therapy in general, you should feel heard, seen, and know that your experiences and wisdom are valued. We will work together at your own pace to build skills for living meaningfully while honoring your experiences. We are all living in times of transition and sometimes inviting a moment to slow down and have a check-in can be one of the most radical forms of self-compassion.
