As an EMDR therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate and heal from complex emotional and psychological challenges. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. My approach includes EMDR Therapy, CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, and ACT. I am also IFS informed, which helps me provide a well-rounded and integrative treatment experience. I have a particular focus on working with survivors of abuse (Domestic, incestual, sexual, physical, etc). Additionally, I support clients dealing with PTSD, C-PTSD, dissociative disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, depression, and women’s issues. My goal is to create a safe, empathetic environment where clients can explore their struggles and work towards meaningful healing and growth.
