Julia Warren
I am, and always have been fascinated by the complexity and inner workings of the human mind. I view life as a journey that is not at all linear, but instead full of highs and lows, with light and darkness, and I strive to be a source of light in the darker times. I take pride in holding my patients accountable throughout their course of treatment and combining medication management with supportive therapy to guide the path to emotional well-being and fulfillment. I do not discriminate patients based on age or diagnosis and welcome any person to my practice who is sincere in his/her effort to feel better. My approach may appear unique in that I do not disguise my personality in my sessions and employ humor when appropriate. My style is adaptable and eclectic because there is no one size fits all approach since treating mental health is an art as well as a science. My plan is to address anything we need to say goodbye to or let go of, in order to reclaim our personal power. In each session we will chip away at the invisible force that is contributing to a person's limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, and low self-esteem. We will examine any unresolved conflict or incomplete relationship that is holding you back at the present time. If you’re unsure of who you are, miss who you were, or long for who you can be, then it is prudent to consider working with me.
