Julie Nachman
I have a unique understanding of the neurobiology of anxiety, depression, PTSD and their effects on health & wellness. I often integrate Somatic Experiencing® techniques, Attachment-based Therapy, DBT and Biofeedback methods to help adults gain self-regulatory skills. I look for what works for you and we build from there. Together, we will focus on your empowerment and growth while also exploring barriers which are getting in the way of wellness and happiness. My approach stems from diverse relationship-based and holistic models. I incorporate my knowledge of neuroscience along with conventional therapeutic approaches. If you are going through challenging times, you are not alone. We will work together as you study yourself and I will reflect back to you, your courage, strength and unique insight. It is my intention to provide support in a safe and accepting environment. I am extremely honored to have the opportunity to travel alongside those who continue towards a path of healing and well-being.
