Kailyn Dreger
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my Master of Social work from the University of South Florida, and have experience in both outpatient mental health with adults in all stages of life, and in inpatient crisis intervention and substance use with both children and adults as well as in the educational setting. My practice has evolved to focus on treating anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and relationship challenges. I treat adult clients age 18+. I understand that each client deserves an individualized approach to their challenges, and utilize a variety of therapeutic practices including (but not limited to): Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques. I particularly enjoy utilizing an integrative approach to allow us to work together utilizing techniques from a variety of different methods. My hope for my clients is that you will take away a sense of safety and respect within the therapeutic relationship. I understand that building rapport is key, and strive to provide a setting that is both comfortable and allows the client to provide feedback as we progress towards your goals.
