I believe each person can live a full and happy life if they understand who they are and what their true goals in life are. Sometimes the day to day stressors of life become overwhelming, and that is when psychotherapy may help an individual to identify issues that are preventing them from being happy. I have been an LPC-S for over 25 years and I have a passion for mental health. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT) to help clients create changes in thinking patterns that are limiting them becoming the best version of themselves. The way we think will determine our feelings and actions and I enjoy teaching my clients to think about their situations in ways that help them to cope with life stressors. I can help clients learn to manage anxiety and negative thinking patterns that are keeping them from living the life they desire. I help clients learn strategies and skills that will enable them to live their best life.
