Do you feel stuck and confused about how to move forward? Do you experience unhelpful and negative self-talk? Oftentimes, experiencing stressors like the loss of a relationship, anger, disappointment, and low self-esteem can greatly affect how we perceive ourselves and the decisions we make. I would love to help you uncover your authentic self so that you can live a more fulfilling life. I graduated from the University of Georgia in 2019 with a Master's degree in Social Work. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and worked in a university counseling center for several years, helping young adults navigate new situations and difficult transitions. I have experience working with clients diagnosed with depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. Additionally, I have worked serving the LGBTQI+ and HIV+ community. As a therapist, I aim for you to feel safe, supported, and validated. We can work on your relationship with yourself and others while gaining insight as to why you are drawn to certain people and behaviors. I customize my therapeutic approach to each client based on their needs and preferences. Together, we can retrain your mind to think differently and cope with distress to feel more balanced. I look forward to being a part of your journey!.
