I help people who are dealing with stress, life transitions, parenting, or relationship struggles. I specialize in treating postpartum depression and related problems. You may not be able to eliminate every problem in your life, but you can develop an effective set of coping skills so you can feel less stressed and more optimistic about your future. My job is to help you recognize and enhance your strengths so you can create the life you want and deserve. The most important part of therapy is feeling safe and connected with your therapist. You should feel seen, heard, and accepted. Together we’ll build on this foundation by developing a holistic approach that works best for you. As needed, I offer techniques like mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). What if you could be more accepting of yourself and your emotions?
