I have my Masters in Social Work and have 10+ years experience working with individuals carrying trauma, anxiety and different identities. I have specialties in DV, geriatric work and trauma survivors. Looking at the work through a racial and social justice lens is non negotiable for me and I work mainly with adult clients. I am bi lingual and bi cultural. Getting started with therapy, looking within ourselves, our relationships and world can be really scary and challenging. My goal always is to be a supportive, comforting and warm guide as you do that exploration. I truly believe we internally possess all the tools inside of us to grow and heal but we all need a little help sometimes to find it. I like to take a direct, humorous and kind approach to our work and love gentle accountability and dual transparency. Our sessions will include a lot of self compassion work, self kindness and gentle accountability. You will have a safe space to freely express yourself while taking time to navigate next steps in your healing.

We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
