Kari Peters
I began my journey as a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2014 after earning my masters degree from Amberton University in Professional Counseling. I have worked with individuals ages 13 and up as well as have an extensive background in brain injury rehabilitation administering neuropsychological and psychological testing batteries. I offer a very relaxed and welcoming space to help clients feel most comfortable being their most vulnerable selves; before any deep work is done, my initial goal is to build a trusting environment to ensure the client is ready to take the next steps in their healing journey. I am here to help clients navigate the roadblocks in life that seem to interfere in reaching their full potential in happiness. This is individualized and not a blanket statement to achieve that goal, but I will be their listening ear to help them reach their full potential for happiness.
