I create an approach tailored to each client's unique needs. As a mindfulness practitioner, I believe in the power of living in the present moment and cultivating self-awareness. I am an Integrative Mental Health Professional and am passionate about helping individuals acknowledge the interconnectedness of mind/body/spirit. I guide clients to explore and heal unresolved emotional wounds, resulting in greater self-compassion and inner harmony. My Integrative methods often blend tools such as IFS parts work (internal family systems), Somatic Experiencing, trauma-focused and solution-focused methods. I also tie in psycho-spiritual and transpersonal methods, when/if appropriate, depending on the client. Each person is unique and treatment methods may vary by individual. Finding the right therapist or coach for YOU is an important part of your process. I love chatting with potential new clients to see if we are a good fit for each other. You being comfortable with whomever you chose to work with is a vital part of your healing journey.
