Kathleen (Kayti) King, MA, CRC, NCC, LPC, is a Clinical Mental Health Therapist who has been in the field since 2015. She earned a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado in 2020. Kayti holds national certifications as a Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Clinical Counselor (NCC) and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. Kayti is also a certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. Her approach is client-centered, focusing on building strong therapeutic relationships and using various therapeutic methods, including DBT, CBT, and Trauma Therapy. She specializes in treating disabilities, neurodivergence (such as ADHD and ASD), anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. Kayti is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.), a unique, evidence-based technique that utilizes bilateral eye movements to facilitate the brain's innate ability to process our experiences. Kayti believes in meeting clients where they are at, in order to form a strong therapeutic relationship. We will collaborate to build a custom treatment plan and goals to help you grow and increase effectiveness.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
