Kathryn Weber
I began as an Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor, gaining valuable insights into empathy and resilience. I have worked in healthcare with dialysis patients and in private practice. Additionally, I served as a group counselor in a specialized behavioral health care setting in the child, adolescent, & young adult programs. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, and I strive to create a safe space for healing and growth. I firmly believe that every individual is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution to the challenges we face. That’s why I take an individualized eclectic approach, integrating various therapeutic techniques tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. Whether it’s cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness practices, or relational therapies, I will work with you to find the methods that resonate most with your personal journey. Embarking on the journey of self-discovery can evoke a mix of excitement and apprehension. I am committed to meeting you exactly where you are on this path, fostering an environment that promotes safety and authenticity. My goal is to cultivate a supportive therapeutic alliance, allowing you to explore your true self and unlock your full potential. I look forward to the opportunity to work together on this transformative journey.
