I have 11 years experience in the mental health field (and still love it)! As a therapist with lived experience, I particularly enjoy helping those who are anxious or depressed or those who identify as neurodivergent (ADHD/Autistic) who have co-occurring anxiety and depression learn to accept themselves and cope with the challenges of life they face. I take a person-centered, psychoeducational, and neurodiversity affirming approach, while Incorporating DBT and CBT as well. I genuinely love supporting people and helping them reach their full potential.
