Life can feel easier when you can feel confident about the tools you're using to build fulfillment. Drawing from multiple approaches including Mindfulness, CBT, and strength-based counseling, I work with those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, career development, and more. Cultural influences are strongly considered when exploring your life factors to help us understand together the more realistic possibilities for change, growth, or development. Using trauma-informed care, I can help you process the things that are hard to talk about. I practice with consideration to wellness existing on a spectrum of four areas including social, emotional, physical, and personal/spiritual functioning. Learning mindfulness skills allows for an ongoing, grounding practice beyond a course of treatment. I can help you learn and strengthen skills that best align with your values to navigate challenges in healthier ways. Attending therapy consistently is one way to learn to structure self-care into your routine. I'm looking forward to being a part of your journey.
