I currently specialize in depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, and issues with life transitions and adjustment disorder. I am currently working in program administration, but I love client facing work and therapy so much I have chosen to pursue private practice. My approach is person center and solution focused. But I also work well with long term talk therapy as well. I see therapy as a wonderful opportunity to walk side by side with my clients. I use CBT, DBT, and solution focused techniques and theory, My goals is to have clients walk away with hope, humor, and a fresh perspective!.

We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service.
