Hi! I have a Masters in Clinical Mental Health from The University of Tennessee at Martin and have been practicing with my LMHC in Washington State since 2017. I have worked in community health centers, group practices and now in my solo practice. I enjoy working with adult individuals but am open to occasional couples or families sessions when necessary. My clients tend to leave sessions most often feeling empowered, with new tools to practice outside of therapy and the confidence to do so. They also experience feeling validated and heard which leads to them better processing and communicating their emotional experience outside of therapy. I try to create a pretty relaxed therapeutic environment, one where I am not necessarily seen as the authority but a mirror.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What is the relationship between Psych Hub and these providers?

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. We have a contractual relationship with each provider that governs the terms of their participation on the site, and in some cases, as mentioned above, their use of Psych Hub's educational content. There is no other affiliation between Psych Hub and the providers listed on our site.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
