I am a seasoned and experienced Licensed Health Counselor who is passionate about wellness and providing a non-judgmental and safe space for all individuals. I have enormous compassion for people going through life's challenges and transitions and I feel privileged to work with those who are seeking support. Through a strengths-based, trauma-informed and person-centered therapeutic approach, I recognize the importance of building a relationship with clients to establish realistic and attainable goals together. I have experience working with adults, couples, and adolescents with problems including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addiction, drug abuse, trauma, intimacy issues, LGBTQ-related issues, behavioral issues, post-traumatic stress disorder and couples therapy including sexual issues. Using a collaborative approach, I help my clients address and acknowledge negative patterns, engage in better decision-making, build stronger relationships, and create attainable goals.
