Khoeun Baeza
I have over 5 years of clinical experience working with individuals from all walks of life. I began my career in substance abuse, therefore treating individuals with multiple challenges at one time. I received my graduate degree in 2013 at Fresno State University. I am a first generation American and daughter to Southeast Asian immigrants. Helping others navigate the complexities of culture, religion and family patterns is a passion of mine as a mental health professional. I believe a strong therapeutic connection is vital to successful treatment. I also believe that the key to happiness lies intrinsically within the person. This is not to say we can control all things in life, but we can certainly choose how we let it influence our lives. After sessions with me, I am often told that clients feel heard, validated, and yet challenged and empowered to face their challenges. My hope is that clients view challenges from a perspective they play a vital role in positively influencing their own trials and tribulations.
