Sometimes we need a helping hand. Life is difficult to navigate! We all have negative thoughts and feelings we need to work through. Relationship problems, family problems, past trauma - and others can add to daily stress. Strategies are available to successfully cope and gain insight into how we think, address problem thoughts, be mindful of our strengths, and our ability to change! Helping clients address these issues and improve well-being with a variety of strategies, is what I do. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions to assist clients, including CBT. We start with what is important to you. Becoming mindful of that mental conversation you have with yourself each day, is a good first step! Sharing my knowledge of effective "coping skills" is part of how I help clients - I am confident we will find some that will work for you! I understand, asking for help isn't easy, it takes courage! Chances are, you'll be happy you did! When you're ready, I'm ready! (Weeknights, and Saturday appointments are available).
