I believe in utilizing an individualized approach, tailoring each treatment to fit the needs of the individual I am working with. I pull techniques from CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused Therapy and present them in a creative, fun, and interactive way. I offer a non-judgmental safe place to explore who you are, while taking the journey along side of you towards your overall identified goals. I strive to provide a safe non-judgmental space where clients are able to explore being vulnerable and diving deep to create change. I provide a space to listen, explore, affirm, and challenge in order to gain positive outcomes from sessions.
