Kristen Doyle
I am a neurodiversity-affirming therapist. I provide therapy online and in-person at Vancouver Counseling Center. I obtained my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in 2017 from USC. I have 7 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families and groups, I am an Army veteran and a parent. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, I've always been drawn to spending time in nature, which became an essential part of my own personal journey of healing and growth. My therapy approach incorporates trauma-focused, strengths-based and person-centered, with a focus on relational therapy. I consider each client's physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing as interconnected aspects of their overall health. By integrating these therapeutic approaches, I can create a tailored and comprehensive therapy plan for each client's unique needs. I help my clients learn to manage ADHD, understand and process emotions, heal from trauma, build relationship skills, and cope with life stressors or changes.
