I received a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Rutgers University School of Biomedical and Health Sciences. I’ve worked with a diverse individuals in various settings. I have specialized experience helping veterans, first responders, and healthcare workers struggling with depression, substance use, post-traumatic stress, and life transitions. I utilize a multi-modal approach which includes Cognitive Processing Therapy, EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I believe the therapeutic relationship is built on connection and acceptance. We will work collaboratively to identify your goals and develop strategies which support your objectives and personal growth. I will provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to explore these challenges and develop ways to create positive change.

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
