I am a Licensed Therapist, a drummer and an MMA fan. I have been studying psychology for over 15 years. I have worked with a wide range of individuals with diverse cultural backgrounds and concerns, including PTSD, substance use, anxiety, and depression. I practice Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/CBT, which suggests that suffering is partially caused by sailing away from what is meaningful.
