I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with about 12 years of experience as an RN in the areas of pediatric/adult psychiatry, internal medicine, orthopedics, med-surge, and oncology. I provide care to patients between the ages of 6 and older. I assess, diagnose, and treat conditions such as ADHD/ADD, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, dual diagnosis, OCD, ODD, psychotic disorders, PTSD, insomnia, eating disorders, and autism-related irritability. My practice style is guided by evidence-based research and, most importantly, holistically driven, focusing not only on patients' symptoms but also their physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs. I hope patients can leave my sessions with a sense of understanding, feeling lighter, and trusting that they have found an open-minded provider willing to listen to their concerns and address them. Most importantly, I expect them to leave with a treatment plan that will improve their overall health and their future.
