I believe that prioritizing our mental and medical health is key to maintaining stability in life. As a counseling professional with a decade of experience, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and veterans within the state and federal agencies, and school districts. My approach to care is very individualized. It's important that we establish a respectful relationship with each other. My goal is to assist in developing a trusting, open, and supportive environment in which you will feel comfortable to communicate openly. We will work together in this journey as I will be here to listen, encourage, motivate, and challenge you to achieve your personal goals. Initially, we will meet to discuss your needs, concerns, and expectations of counseling. You will also be able to ask me questions pertaining to my training, background, and counseling approach. Moving forward, we will work together on determining your personal goals and how we can work to achieve them. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel secure in each session.

To make our site free for consumers, Psych Hub receives fees from provider groups, networks, or individual providers to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
