I am a therapist licensed in Arkansas with over 10 years of experience working as a psychocounselor and play therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, ODD, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and/or emotional abuse. My area of expertise is adverse childhood experiences, early attachment issues, health problems, violence, trauma, grief, ADHD, as well as anxiety, and depression. My approach is cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness based, implemented in a highly empathic, person-centered way. With children, I use play therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
