All of these issues are areas that I have experience helping patients with! I have a passion for helping others and am always doing research to stay up to date with education and treatment options for my patients. I am researching GLP-1 type medications for mental health & weight management! I treat the whole client; I utilize medications when necessary as well as providing therapy. I also look into possible medical causes for symptoms, and make appropriate referrals for managing any medical concerns. I strive to create an open and honest relationship with my clients, so we can have meaningful conversations and make positive progress in sessions. Honesty is my policy!
